IS audit included study of processes and system to suggest gaps in internal, financial, regulatory compliance requirements gaps and how to address these gaps. The study also reviewed the processes and suggested the re-engineered processes to meet the business and compliance requirements.

Architecting image based workflow system for automation Trade Finance, CASA application processing, Loan and Credit Card application management, lending against gold for banks 2000 branches across the country. Development of systems requirements, System Architecture, HW & SW sizing, Product selection, System development, implementation and support. The system used several ECM components including DMS, Workflow, Forms Processing, WCM and Archival. The architecture incorporated High availability, redundancy, disaster management, archival and back-up processes.
KM Strategy for Water Works Company, Wales
KM strategy consulting for implementation of KM systems. Development of study of the existing KM maturity, definition of KM strategy and vision through workshops to the business users on KM systems. Understand the needs, concerns and expectations from the KM systems. KM portal prototype development which included DMS set-up, collaboration platform, customized search, ranking of content by the users, templates for generation of knowledge assets, extraction of tacit knowledge from experienced workers etc. The platform the system was developed was SAP DMS platform.

The new image enabled solution automated the planning process and improved approval process by reducing time and cost. The work involved development of Statement of User Requirement (SOUR), Conceptual Design & Architecture, Request for Tender document.
